All sales are final

Every piece is handmade, and most are built for you after you order, so all sales are final. If you have a question about a piece before buying, email us and Ty will answer it.

Delivery, pickup and shipping

Local delivery within 50 miles of Mokena, Illinois is $100. You can also pick up your piece in Mokena for free.

Every piece can ship anywhere in the US. Shipping is paid by the buyer: choose "Ship it" at checkout and Ty will send you a shipping quote before anything goes out.

Tables and coffee tables arrive with the legs off, so they need a little assembly when they arrive.

Ready to ship and made to order

Pieces marked "Ready to ship" are built and waiting. Each one is the only one, so once it sells it is gone.

Everything else is made to order. Ty builds it for you after you order, and will reach out within 2 days to go over the details and timing.

Every piece can be customized: wood, color and legs. Use the custom build form to ask about a version made your way.

If something arrives damaged

If your piece arrives damaged, email info@evilhorsewoodworks.com within 48 hours with photos, and we will work with you to make it right.

Custom builds

Custom builds are quoted individually. A 50% deposit is due before work begins.

Privacy

When you order, your payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We receive your name, email, phone number and address so we can deliver your order.

When you send a custom build request, we receive what you enter in the form and any photos you attach, so Ty can reply.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pieces people look at. It does not use cookies or identify you personally.
